Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LaunchPad at golaunchpad.ai. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LaunchPad.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share credentials or resell access.

Subscription, trial and billing

• LaunchPad costs $10 / month, billed in advance through Stripe.
• New accounts get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is collected at the start of the trial and the first charge happens automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. The trial is offered once per person.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
• Refunds: charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we billed you in error. If you think a charge is wrong, email support@golaunchpad.ai within 30 days and we will look at it.
• If a payment fails, we will retry it and ask you to update your card. Access is paused until payment succeeds; your data is kept.
• Member or promotion codes grant the access described at checkout and may be withdrawn if they are shared beyond the people they were issued to.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

Your data

You own what you put into LaunchPad. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the contact details you record about other people. You can export or delete your data at any time.

AI features

Resume tailoring, outreach drafts, job relevance scores and target-company suggestions are generated by AI models and can be wrong. Review everything before you rely on it or send it. We do not promise interviews, offers or outcomes.

Job discovery

Postings are collected from public job boards and company career pages and may be outdated, incomplete or removed by the source. Always confirm details on the employer’s own site before applying.

Acceptable use

• Do not use LaunchPad to spam, harass or deceive anyone, or to store data you have no right to store.
• Do not probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or try to access other people’s accounts.
• Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Referral program

You may share your referral link with people you know. Referrals made through fake accounts, self-referral, spam or misrepresentation do not count and may lead to account closure. Any rewards we offer will be described in the app when they become available and may be changed or withdrawn.

Availability and changes

We work to keep LaunchPad available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue LaunchPad we will give you at least 30 days to export your data.

Disclaimer and liability

LaunchPad is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from the account page. We can close accounts that violate these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LaunchPad’s operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Contact: support@golaunchpad.ai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use LaunchPad after that means you accept the new terms.
